While browsing through Behance network, I came through impressive character design created by Fabrice Le Nezet. He designed and modeled these characters and then a prototyping company produced the 3D print.

The result was great, but Fabrice had to smooth every piece by hand using sand paper. This took him a long long time. He had to create two parts silicone molds for each shapes (so sticky, so dirty !).

Finally he was able to cast several copies of his character design in polyurethane (even more dirty, don’t do it in your bathroom!).
