In past we featured Nick’s work where he used useless junk very creatively and today we are showcasing Andrea Petrachi (also known as Himatic) work where he sees art in other people’s junk and creates cyber sculptures from things most of the people simply throw away. We really like the people who use their talent and to design creative things using useless junk.

Milan-based, Andrea Petrachi was born in Lecce,Italy in1975. Himatic see his work as a symbol of our out-of-control desire to buy things. He created a series of Cyber Sculptures based on the assembly of everyday items, discarded electronics, gadgets and toys. His recycled sculptures are both disturbing and attractive, reminding us that there are ways to use the useless junk.
